24/7 emergency storm response

Tree down on your house?
Call now. We'll make it safe.

Storms don't wait for business hours. A tree on the roof, on a car, through a fence, across the driveway, or hung up over a power drop: call and we dispatch a crew to make the site safe first, then handle the cleanup.

What to do right now

Before anyone touches that tree, a few things keep you and your family safe. Then call us.

  • If wires are involved, stay away and call your electric utility first. Treat every downed or sagging line as live. Don't go near a tree that's touching one, and keep kids and pets inside. The utility clears the line. We handle the tree.
  • Keep everyone out from under it. A tree on a roof or hung up in another tree is still loaded. Limbs shift without warning. If the roof is punctured, stay out of the room below it.
  • Don't start cutting. A trunk under load can roll, spring or drop the moment it's cut. That's the part we handle with rigging.
  • Take photos if you can do it safely. Your insurance company will want them. We photograph everything too and give you a written, itemized scope for the claim.
  • Then call 302-475-5311. We triage the hazard over the phone and give you a realistic window. During active storms, a tree on a house goes ahead of a tree on a lawn.

How Ron's handles a storm call

Make-safe first. Hanging limbs and loaded trunks get stabilized before anything else happens, then the cleanup and the paperwork.

1

Call in, we triage

You tell us what came down and what it's on. We size up the hazard over the phone and give you a realistic window.

2

Site safety assessment

The crew secures the area and identifies utility contact risks before anyone picks up a saw.

3

Make-safe cuts

Hanging limbs and loaded trunks are stabilized first. Nothing else happens until the site is safe.

4

Removal, cleanup, documentation

Full removal and cleanup, photographed for your records, with an itemized scope you can hand straight to your adjuster. Non-urgent follow-up cleanup is scheduled for the next daylight window.
